Police continue to remove some high powered pistols off the streets - and yesterday, one was found in a church yard.
Officers from Precinct 1 acted on information and searched the grounds of the Baptist church on West Street. The cops found a 9mm Glock pistol and holster with 13 live rounds. The gun will be sent to the lab for further testing because it is suspected to have been stolen in a robbery.
