Today the Coastal Zone Management Authority and Institute celebrated its 20th anniversary. The staff held a ceremony at their training room and the Chief Executive Officer explained that it is a time to reflect on their important accomplishments and also what they need to achieve going forward.
And in line with their mandate to protect the coast and marine life from plastic pollution, the CZMAI has designed a new cell phone case made out of bamboo to replace those plastic phone cases. Interesting right ? Samuels told us more about this initiative and how the proceeds will go to an endowment fund for students.
