If you work in the Belize music industry and want to learn more about the business side of things, you can sign up for an online course entitled "The Business of Music for Caribbean Practitioners". The Belize Coalition of Service Providers along with its partners launched the program today and they are calling on all artists to sign up. We dropped by the B-SCAP office to find out how this course can provide artists with very useful information in their career.
Again, the online course is free for the first 30 participants. You only have to pay $25 to sign up. For those who come after, they will have to pay $300 for the online course. You can go on the BSCAP website to learn more about the course and register. After completing the course, participants will get a certificate. BSCAP is trying to get the certificate accredited so artists can use it to further their studies in music.
