"Warren Rudon, a 17 year old of Oleander Street was socializing in the jungle apartment area and had left the area to the nearby shop to purchase cigarettes. On his way back he was fired upon and received the injury and died as a consequence. Police have detained several persons - several persons have been interviewed but no one has been charged and the investigation is ongoing."
"This incident happened in a matter of seconds and from what we understand the gunman made his escape somewhere in the jungle area as well. So, it is not as if though the gunman had passed the checkpoint. He had a misunderstanding with someone in the area in that vicinity. But there is nothing to indicate that that individual he had the misunderstanding with had anything to do with the murder."

"Right. As far as we know, he is not affiliated with any gang and so the investigation is ongoing."
