On Tuesday a family member informed the San Pedro police that he had passed away at a hospital in Delaware and that they will be sending the information to the police department. Cliff Kirk and his wife, Linda, who is also an army vet, built a self-sustaining house about 10 and a half miles north of San Pedro Town, which is very remote, and can only be reached by watercraft.
