Belize High School and Ocean Academy in Caye Caulker will represent Belize in the FIRST Global challenge in Mexico. It is a robotics competition where the students will compete against a number of kids from all over the world. It's a major competition and the kids from the robotics club at Belize High School have been preparing to participate in this event. In a release sent today it says "In this first attempt….Our Belizean students will network and build relationships with high school students of different backgrounds, languages, religions, and customs."
The competition is set for August 15-18,2018.
