Minister of natural Resources, Hugo Patt, is the acting Prime Minister of Belize tonight. PM Dean Barrow has left the country earlier today. According to a government press release, the Prime Minister left to seek further medical consultations on his spinal condition. No information was given of when he is scheduled to return.
Deputy PM Patrick Faber is in Claifornia along with the Belize Film Commission to host Hollywood executives and international investors, as well as members of the Belizean diaspora involved in the film industry, at a Luncheon on tomorrow in Southern California.
