Police are also investigating an armed robbery at the Belmopan business place known as Diversified Life Solutions. That happened on Last Friday afternoon at around 1:00, when armed robbers assaulted the on-duty employee and demanded all the money that was in the cash pan.

"On Frdiay July 20th shortly after 1:10pm, Belmopan police was informed of a robbery at Diversified Life Solution's office on Mahogany Street in Belmopan City. Upon the police's arrival the cashier reported to them that shortly after 1p.m., the office was approached by two dark-complexion male persons wearing peak caps; one of whom was armed with a firearm. As a result, they entered the building and demanded money. During the process, the cashier received injuries as he was beaten up. The culprits then made off with an undisclosed amount of money. Police at this time are following several leads. We do not have any suspects at this time and this investigation is ongoing."
Police are reviewing video surveillance captured by cameras belonging to business establishments nearby. They are looking to see if any of these nearby cameras captured the robbers on tape.
