The other gas station attempted robbery happened up the road on Friday night at the Coral Grove Puma at mile 1.5 on the Phillip Goldson Highway.
At around 11:00 pm, three masked men grabbed security guard, 20 year old Bernard Humes and took him to the front of the gas station, demanding that he open the sliding doors. But he didn't have a key and they then put the gun to his head and motioned the staff inside to open up the doors. But, due either to confusion or calm, the staff inside didn't open the door. Frustrated and not knowing what to do, the three masked men grabbed the security guard's cell phone and ran off.
