And, police have arrested and charged a man for shooting Michale Tesecum. As we reported, the 41 year-old Tibruce Street resident was shot 19 days ago a stone's throw away from his home.

"It was a minor thing between them but it escalated to him being shot."
Tesecum survived a shot to the back, the stomach and the left foot - this is after he was chopped up in December of last year.
