Reporter "How does it feel to be home Jarrell?"

"Can't wait, to get back. First thing I'm going to do is eat some fried chicken, panades and relax for a day."

"You came off the plane hungry."

"Yeah. Straight up. I haven't eaten breakfast. Empty stomach when I got off the plane. It feels good to be home. I can't wait."

"Explain to me, why are you here in Belize? Vacation? Business?"

"A little bit of both. This is my last getaway before I start training in camp for my next fight on October 6th in Chicago. But as well look at a couple locations to do the gym that I promise the kids I would do in Belize City. I'm here with my brother-in-law Jason. We are going to look at a couple of things and take it from there."

"Have you secured sponsorship for this?"

"We decide to do it with Everlast which is the biggest boxing sporting equipment in the world and they are backing me 100% in their outfit in the gym - all brand new equipment and I have another sponsor of paints to get the place painted up to look fresh and clean."

"So now you are here with your wife and your child. How special is that to come home - you have your uncle here who go with you in the US and Belize and you have Jason of course. What's that feeling of being home as oppose to being in Brooklyn which I know is your home as well."

"My uncle was the one that raised me when I lived down here. My uncle Derrick Miller. It feels good to come back home and just vibe off a little bit before I go back to the war zone."

"Explain to me what's happening to you fight-wise? We know that you had the famous showdown. You barge into the press conference of Anthony Joshua and some words were exchange. Explain to me what went on with that?"

"Anthony Joshua get cop out the fight, a short little leprechaun Russian guy. But they thought I wasn't going to show up to the press conference. I was just late. I had some things I had to take care of, but I let them know I'm serious. He is beating around the bush. He don't want anyone that's going to bring it to him. He is not use to confrontation."

Reporter
"Anthony Joshua had said if there wasn't someone between me and him...."

"He lied. I can't say what I want to say on camera."

"What's happening in October?"

"October 6th we fight in Chicago. We will see how long we stay there, because I prefer Showtime or HBO, because they'd been around a long time."

The full details of Miller's October fight have not yet been announced. He is confident that he will get a title shot by the first half of 2019.

We'll keep following his effort to build that gym, sponsored by Everlast Boxing. He has an added incentive to open it in the Lake Independence area since his brother in law, Jason Edwards is one of the UDP convention candidates in that area.
