A 17 year-old, accompanied by her mother, visited police and reported that at around 4:30 p.m. on August 5, she was walking on Gill Street with a female friend, when a grey and black SUV swerved toward her. Her friend allegedly had to grab hold of her and drag her out of the path of the oncoming vehicle.
