As we told you in mid-July, shooting victim Shaphan Domingo needed to raise funds to get 3 very important surgeries. He was shot in 2007 and his legs had to be amputated. It has been a struggle for him since then but an organization out of Richmond Virginia called Global Surgical Expedition has committed to pay for the 3 procedures once Domingo comes up with the money for his ticket. Well, it looks like he did raise the money he needed because he flew out this weekend to Virginia. His family and friends from the ONE STRUGGLE Group wish him well.
