Police have a similar story on the Croton Lane shooting. They also confirmed that it could be related to an altercation Parchue had earlier that Friday at a Mahogany street restaurant. Here is more from the police press briefing.

"Police visited the Karl Heusner Memorial Hospital, where they observed Dawn Parchue of Croton Lane. She was seen suffering with apparent 5 gunshots wound to the body; 4 to the chest area and 1 to the right foot."
"What police has gathered so far is that she was riding her bicycle on Croton Lane when she was approached behind by a male person who she has an argument with and as a result the male person pulled out a firearm and fired several shots at her direction, causing the above mentioned injuries."
"What we have is that she was at a restaurant where there was an altercation between her and another friend and other persons that were inside of the restaurant and that is from where the incident occurred and then it went on to Croton Lane."
