Last week you saw Eastern Division Region 1 Commander Sr. Supt Howell Gillett along with Central TV and Internet handing out school bags and supplies to needy kids. Well, Belmopan OC Supt. Henry Jemmoth is doing the same. Scotia Bank gifted $2,000 to the Belmopan police department for them to buy school supplies for kids in the surrounding communities in Belmopan. Here's more.
About 25 kids from Las Flores, Salvapan and Maya Mopan will benefit from this initiative. The cheque was made out directly to Dibary and A&R.
