We are told that on August 21st, she assigned the same NICH internal auditor Roberto Matus to commence an audit of the Music Ambassador's office - but under some very special rules. "I find the audit to be a strategic move on the part of Budhrani to distract and divert attention from the issues that she is having with her own internal auditor, but all of my receipts are there. However, I was told by the internal auditor that he was instructed not to speak to me, so I don't see how you can conduct an audit of my office without speaking to me. I find that strange, but let's see if that will continue because she is now on leave."
