The hype and revelry of Carnival Road March 2018 has come and gone. But while the road ready onlookers have great memories to walk away with, the winners of the road march have their title and cash prizes. In the junior category, 1st place went to Collet Royal. They got $7,000, Black Pearl came in 2nd place. They walked away with $5,000 and Soca Massive came in 3rd and took home $3,000. Now in the senior category: Titans topped all the bands and got $10,000, second place went to Soca Moca, they walked away with $6,000 and third place went to Mother Nature. The band got $4,000 cash prize. In a NICH release it states "This year's Carnival was a vibrant display of color and merriment for the many carnival bands, floats, impromptu revelers and on-lookers." Most importantly, it passed without any major crime. Tomorrow, we'll show you what the juveey looked like.
