"In terms of police suspected involvement, we have good and we have bad in the department, just like the rest of the society and whilst I cannot say that that constable is involved, an investigation has been launched. You must remember that he is presumed to be innocent. He wasn't found at the airstrip. He wasn't found at the plane. He was found heading towards that general direction and he was spoken to and the team who spoke to him was unsatisfied in terms of his response to questions they put to him and so they use their judgement to detain him. But he is presumed to be innocent. An investigation has been launched to see if he is involved and if any other police officers are involved."
