The ITVET was swarming with people scavenging for the best deals at this year's Expo Belize Market Place. Over 13,000 people attended this weekend. But if you look at the numbers, it is down from last year's 14,000 people - which was also down from the year before. Regardless of the turnout, the Belize Chamber of Commerce is quite happy with the event. In their release it states "The 22nd Anniversary of the Expo Belize Market Place was indeed a landmark event which had the participation of 110 companies utilizing 189 booths."
The release continues by saying "this year we made history in having the participation of the youngest exhibitor ever Ms. Jaelynn Crawford who debuted her company Craftastic J." The release ends by saying "The BCCI is continuously grateful for the support it receives from the Business Community, especially its members and sponsors."
