Prime Minister Dean Barrow returned from Havana, Cuba today after back surgery three weeks ago. He arrived from Miami this morning, fully bearded and a few pounds lighter, kind of looking like he was returning from a hermitage. In this video from the Guardian newspaper, he was greeted by his party chairman, and a number of well wishers on the airport road. The Prime Minister seemed to walk well enough for a man who'd just had two parts of his spine fused. We're told he expects to be back in office by Monday - on a limited basis. He will not be at tomorrow's House Meeting, but hopes to chair next week's Cabinet meeting.
