A 59 year old man shot a 29 year old - apparently after he didn’t want to pay a bar tab. Two night ago Roni Diaz and Miguel Funez had a fight at a bar at the entrance of Armenia village.
After the altercation the 59 year old Funez followed Diaz and fired a shot with his licensed weapon. Police told us more:..
