Every year we cover the PSE, we interview the kids after they sit the exams and of course evaluate their performance. Well, there is a group of PSE takers that don't get all the publicity, they are the Kolbe Foundation prisoners and they are very much worthy of note. There was a ceremony at the prison today to celebrate 13 inmates who passed the PSE. Also, over 50 inmates received certificates in andragogy training which is a method of teaching adult learners. Here is Chief Executive Officer Virgilio Murillo's message to the inmates.
We also heard from the inmates who did well on the exam and in the training. They say this opportunity has given them a second chance at a better life and hope to keep moving forward.
This is the 3rd year inmates are sitting the exam.
