Another woman is missing, this time along with her baby, East Collet Canal business owner Emperatriz Portillo reported that on Tuesday morning around 7:00 a.m., her friend, only known to her as Ruby Petino left her home along with her 1-year 8-month old baby. She was heading to her workplace at mile 8 on the George Price Highway. She has not returned since. If anyone see this woman and a young baby, please contact the police.
