posted (October 22, 2018)
A man on motorbike is lucky to be alive after he was knocked down and then shot 7 TIMES.

It happened on Sunday morning at 12:30am, near the Grace Bank junction at mile 21 on the Phillip Goldson Highway. Nathaniel Lockwood was driving his motorbike with a friend on the back when an SUV ran them off the road.

Police told us what happened next:

ASP Alejandro Cowo- OC, CIB
"Mr. Nathaniel Lockwood was socializing at a house in the Sand Hill area when he met a friend by the name of Lyndon Ramos who asked him for a ride to go to Gardenia Village. As a result both of them got on their motorcycle and Mr. Lockwood drove the cycle towards Gardenia Village. Upon reaching Gracie Bank area they noticed that a vehicle was following them. So, they stopped to give way to the vehicle and the vehicle stopped at a distance away from them. Thereafter, they continued driving and whilst they passed the vehicle, the vehicle continued to follow them and as a result the vehicle knocked them from behind causing Mr. Lockwood to lose control of the cycle and ran inside of the bush where they fell down. Whilst on the ground a male person came out from the vehicle and fired several shots at Mr. Lockwood causing the above mentioned injuries."

Reporter
"Could you say which one of those individuals was the suspected target?"

ASP Alejandro Cowo
"At this time I cannot tell you if Mr. Lockwood was the target or Mr. Ramos was the target. I know both of them were on the cycle and after they bombed them off, they went and fired shots at Mr. Lockwood."

Despite being shot 7 times, Lockwood is in a stable condition.
