Arraignment For Shooter With Stuck Gun
posted (October 23, 2018)
And, in an update to another of the weekend crimes - we turn now to the teenager who was caught on camera pulling a gun on an unsuspecting target and pulling the trigger.

19 year old Kelvin Gongora arraigned today for aggravated assault before Chief Magistrate, Sharon Fraser. Gongora pleaded not guilty - but because it is a firearm offence, he was remanded into custody until December 20th.

Gongora was caught on surveillance camera in front of the Mahogany Street restaurant named Tastee on Friday night where he is seen drawing a gun at a man and then pointing it at other Tastee restaurant goers. But in a twist of luck or fate, the gun jammed twice.
