Today in court Twenty-seven year old Albert Stephen Moriera, appeared before the Magistrate for the murder of mother of 2, 36-year-old Felina James.Moreira, a father and BDF Soldier, was taken to court today dressed in his BDF pants and was taken before Magistrate Emmerson Banner shortly before 12 and read a single charge of murder for James sudden murder.
Moreira a resident of a Faber's Road address was unrepresented when he appeared in court and due to the nature of the offense, bail was denied and he was remanded into custody at the Belize Central Prison until November 30, 2018.
