The Cayo Northeast convention featured former UDP Mayor, John August, versus the current Mayor, Earl Trapp versus former three term Area Representative, Salva Fernandez.
After the first count, only two votes separated Trapp and August - but after recounting one box, that lead went up to six - and former Chairman Doug Singh made the announcement:..
