Any negotiation would have to include SIMPLEX Limited, the company which now owns the Hilltop property. It was incorporated on October 9th to purchase the property for $400,000 on the following day.
There's been a lot of uproar in the past few days about the company's address: which is 38 Santa Rita Layout in Corozal. Sanju Chulani swore to a declaration that the business owner Xin Ni also lives there.
Last night you hear from the Amelio Lizarraga Cal. He happens to be Vice President of the Corozal Branch of the PSU and he lives at 38 Santa Rita Layout. He says there's no company headquartered there and no Xin Ni who lives or has ever lived there.
But the Company's registration is backed up with a light bill for that address - which shows Sanju Chulani as the resident.
So what's the confusion? Well, we've been digging today and it turns out that Chulani lives on Santa Rita road - and was incorrectly given the Santa Rita Layout address either by the utility company or the town council. But 38 Santa Rita Road is legitimately where he lives and his utility bills are issued to the address 38 Santa Rita Layout. Cal - who has the same street address - lives about a block away.
