Police are looking for a Pomona resident in connection to Marta Gonzalez's murder. He is Christopher Bradley. The family says they know who he is. Our information is that he is considered armed and dangerous. If you see this man, call the police immediately. Now, we also have an update on Gonzalez's post mortem results. She was stabbed to the chest and then her body wrapped in a gray tarp and dumped in a pit latrine.
As we have reported, Gonzalez left her San Felipe, Orange Walk home early Friday morning to go sell cheese and other goods in Pomona Village. The family became very worried when she did not return home on Saturday. They went to Pomona to look for her on Saturday night but didn't find her. But the family later found out Gonzalez left a few of her belongings at a friend's house and never returned. The family called the police to search the area and the police found Gonzalez' partially decomposed body. Gonzalez leaves behind 7 kids. We will keep following this story.
