In other police news, the cops have no significant leads in the murder of car wash man Arthur "Tazzy" Flowers. The 3 persons they detained were not much help and they haven't established a clear motive as yet. Here is more from the Police press briefing.

"The investigation yielded the detention of several persons and a vehicle and the matter is being investigated at this time."

Courtney Weatherburne
"So no update on those 3 persons or the vehicle impounded?"

Insp. Wilfredo Ferrufino
"The vehicle is still in police custody and the investigation is still ongoing."

Reporter
"Those persons have been released since then?"

Insp. Wilfredo Ferrufino
"Yes."

Reporter
"Sir so I know that investigators are still looking into this case but has a motive been established for this murder."

Insp. Wilfredo Ferrufino
"We are looking into several leads or angles in the investigation and that is helping or assisting us in the investigation."

Reporter
"Is gang rivalries one of those possible motives?"

Insp. Wilfredo Ferrufino
"Yes, that has been one of the possible motives."

Police have concluded he was the intended target because he was the only one in the area at the time. Â  His family says the shooter turned on him because they couldn't find their true target and he was in the area.
