Robbers Made A Bee Line For Cash

And, in another armed robbery in the north, an employee of Bee Line employee was held up and jacked in his vehicle. It happened just outside San Jose Village - and the robbers got a huge stash of cash:

"Edison Kayes a 27 year old collecting agent for B-Line reported that he was on the Phillip Goldson Highway and he was exiting San Jose village heading in the direction of Orange Walk. He was driving his vehicle and another vehicle passed him and stopped immediately in front of him causing him to stop his vehicle. Two armed individuals exited that vehicle, they were both masked and they approached his vehicle and relieved him of a bag which had 12 thousand 282 dollars which was the month's collection for the B-Line company. The matter is under investigation."

"Is there any reason to suspect that it may have been an inside job?"

Insp. Wilfredo Ferrufino
"I don't have any details, I know the investigation is ongoing, of course we look at all angles when it come to these robberies."

"Is there any particular vehicle that you guys are looking for?"

Insp. Wilfredo Ferrufino
"I don't have that detail yet."

Reporter
"Sir was that individual harmed in any way?"

Insp. Wilfredo Ferrufino
"No, he was not harmed in any way, as a matter of fact there was no militive force used on him and the bagged was retrieved."
