No Easy Road For Cop With Crack

And in tonight's final tale of woe from the north, the Corozal cop caught with crack cocaine at his San Narciso home won't get off so easily. As we told you, he pleaded not guilty in court and was granted bail but he has more punishment to serve. Here is more from police on this case.

"Corozal police executed a search warrant at a residence in San Narciso village present at the time was Arsenio Yah, 48 year old PC attached to Corozal police with him at the residence at the time were three other family members, the police proceeded to search the residence inside a wardrobe, the discovered a shirt, they discovered a transparent plastic bag with a substance believed to be crack cocaine. Drugs was ferried to the station and weighed it amounted to 4.3 grams. Mr. Yah was later arrested and charged for drug trafficking. He appeared in the magistrate court and he pled not guilty. The matter is before the courts."

Yah will be charged disciplinarily and will be placed on interdiction.
