One May Be Charged For Machete Maim

Police have one person in custody for the merciless case of machete maim in Armenia. Here's more from the Head of National Crimes Investigations.

"Tuesday sometime around 2 AM police were called to the residence of Luis Hernandez in Armenia Village where upon arrival they observed a male hispanic person in an unconscious state with multiple chop wounds to the body and head. His name was later learnt to be Lucio Ruiz. So far, police have one person in custody pending this investigation. No charges have yet been preferred as the police investigation is still ongoing."

"How is Mr. Ruiz? The chops looked very substantial."

"They were."

"He's stable?"

ACP Joseph Myvett
"Yes, he is stable at this point."

"Any motives?"

ACP Joseph Myvett
"So far no known motive. We do know he was asleep in the hammock at the bottom of the residence where he received those injuries."

Even after the vicious attack, Ruiz is stable.
