Guatemalan president Jimmy Morales is back home in Guatemala tonight - after a 24 hour stay in Belize for the SICA Presidential Summit.
Morales now takes over the presidency from Prime Minister Dean Barrow - and we'll have all of that coming up.
But, what was his message to Belize? Well, he spoke of peace, and God. We air the brief remarks he made to the press in Spanish, uncut:
Jimmy Morales, President - Guatemala
(Translated) "A pleasure to greet you and wish you much blessings. The end of the year is nearing and we hope that this holiday is of much blessing for all of you. We now have, thank God, the Pro Tempore Presidency of Central America, of SICA, and God willing, we will be able to work on all issues together."

"In your point of view, what would happened if the Belizean people would vote no in next year's referendum?"
Jimmy Morales, President - Guatemala
"Since that hasn't happened, I think that what we have to point out to let things happen and I think that Guatemala, Belize, we want peace, we want to strengthen ourselves. We have very good treaties that we have signed, for example, children from Guatemala who come to Belize to Study; Belizean University students who go to study in Guatemala. That shows that we all want to improve. So, we always wish Belize the best; what's good for Belize is good for Guatemala. So how good for us to join in unity."

"If that doesn't happen, what would be the next best option to solve this dispute?"
Jimmy Morales, President - Guatemala
"We see a very big opportunity and the big opportunity is that we can find a solution to a difference we have had for over 200 years. If God helps us I believe that we will be able to see the future in peace; strengthen our relationships. That is, we believe that we are on the right path and through God, we can take the right steps. God bless you. A pleasure to greet you."
