63 year-old Reginald Coleman, an auto mechanic of Maxboro Village, is out on bail tonight, after he was taken to court for 2 counts of sexual assault of a 6 year-old girl.
Court reports indicate that the first incident occurred sometime in October 2015. The allegation is that when the child was 4 year-old girl, Coleman fondled her buttocks. The second allegation is that in April 2017, when she turned 6, Coleman inserted his finger into her private parts.
He was arraigned today before Magistrate Christina Perrera, and no plea was taken from him, because these are indictable offenses. He was released on bail of $5,000, and he must returned to court on February 12th, 2019.
