Tim Shop Terror, Two Men Injured in Shooting
posted (December 17, 2018)
And while these killings happened in the South, in the west, there was a shooting in Roaring Creek Village which landed 2 men in the hospital.

At around 11:30 on last Friday night, police found 29 year-old Amer Estuardo Morales, and 22 year-old Celio Ogaldez, both of the village, suffering from non-fatal gunshot injuries to the leg and the hand.

Both men were socializing with others in front of a shop in the village, when a gunman approached and opened fire on the group. Here's what police had to say about this particular incident:

ACP Joseph Myvett
"On Friday last sometime around 11:15pm Roaring Creek police was called to an area in Roaring Creek village in front of Tim Shop, where they saw 2 persons with apparent gunshot injuries namely Abner Morales, 29 years old and Celio Ogaldez, 22 years old, both of Roaring Creek Village. What the police learnt so far is that both persons along with about 5 other persons were standing in front of the establishment when a dark-skinned male person wearing a grey hooded jacket came from beside the building and fired towards their direction. As a result Morales received one gunshot injury to the right upper leg towards his back, whilst Ogaldez received a gunshot injury to the left arm. Both were taken to the Western Regional Hospital where they remained in stable condition. Morales was further transported to the KHMH where this morning he discharged himself."

Reporter
"Has the investigation so far indicated who the intended target was of the group?"

ACP Joseph Myvett
"At this point in time we are still looking at that."
