While Young's family continue to be in distress, little Tevin Cacho's mom is optimistic. We called her for an update today and she said the doctors did a cat scan on little Tevin yesterday and the swelling in his brain has gone down. He is still sedated but he is responding well to treatment. The doctors say he has a better chance of surviving. As we reported, little Tevin was knocked down by a GSU truck on Iguana Street Extension.
