He took just a draw but a Canadian man paid dearly for it.
Tracy Deach was hauled into court today after Caye Caulker police pulled up on the 51 year old in public with a cigar like object in his mouth. Suspecting it was weed, police arrested him. In court today Deach pleaded guilty to smoking cannabis. In his defense he said he had only taken one draw when police apprehended him. That one draw proved quite costly for him. The court fined him $500 plus $5 of court cost and was ordered to pay forthwith. Deach paid the fine and was released today.
