"Belize said no," is what Oceana and hundred's of Belizean supporters from all over the country gathered to say today. Why? Because this weekend is the anniversary of the Petroleum Operations Maritime Zone Moratorium Act. This act prohibits oil operations in our maritime zone and aims to protect our Barrier Reef System.
Oceana thanks all those who attended and showed support to make these human letter formations in Belize City and Stann Creek.
