ASP Alejandro Cowo - OC CIB Belize City
"On Sunday, the 30th of December 2018, just after 2 in the morning, Dangriga Police visited an area known as the Kanantik junction, which is located between mile 18 and 19 on the Southern Highway, where, upon arrival, they observed a vehicle on the roadside extensively damaged. And also, at a distance, they found the motionless body of a male person who was identified as Cliff Russel Usher, a 47 year-old Belizean of Cran Street. What police gathered so far is that Mr. Usher was driving from Placencia towards Dangriga, when he overturned several times, and as a result, he was thrown out of the vehicle, and died instantly on the spot."
