Yesterday, 34 year old Isidro Patt, 20 year old Dandy Patt, 21 year old Jair Patt, 22 year old Rodel Patt and 29 year old Christian Ramirez were accused of being in possession of 18 lobsters with eggs and 5 undersized lobsters with soft shells at the Lighthouse Reef Atoll.
All five pleaded guilty to the offence. Their attorney Douglas Carr made a plea of mitigation on the grounds that the five men expressed remorse and that they are young fishermen trying to make a living. As a result all five were fined with $100 each, due February 15th.
