Man Will Stand Trial For Trying to Kill Co-Worker

54 year old Dennis Winston Bowden will stand trial in the Supreme Court for attempting to kill his co worker on the job.  

Bowden was charged for attempted murder, use of deadly means of harm and dangerous harm after he chopped up fellow sanitation worker Michael Tesecum in December of 2017.  

Today before Senior Magistrate, Aretha Ford, the police prosecutor presented 19 statements taken by police implicating Bowden.  He also submitted physical evidence in the form of a 26 inch machete - the one used to chop Tesecum in the head.

When asked if he had any alibi witness for the day in question, Bowden said no.  His old bail was automatically taken away and he was allowed to be take out another bail of $10,000.   By mid-morning, Bowden was able to secure bail and is back home with love ones.
