A businessman was held up today in Belize City - and it happened right next to the Customs Department headquarters, a compound that should be highly secured. According to information - around midday - two men on bicycles held up a businessman, threw him to the ground - and stole his wallet. He was heard to shout for help. He didn't have much cash we are told. Police did not have a report on it when we checked this afternoon.
It happened outside the main compound on the street between the Customs building and the Queen's Bond Warehouse shed.
