A video of a plane circling over Orange Walk today quickly went viral. The plane is seen circling and dipping very low and then coming back up again. Now this happened in broad daylight this afternoon, but in the current climate where drug planes use Belizean roads as runways - it seemed to be a possibility that it could be a drug plane.
But this isn't so. We checked with the experts who said it is a crop duster doing fertilizing or seeding. We are told it is a Piper Pawnee - which is an agricultural aircraft.
