It's valued at a little over 19 million dollars, and Imer Hernandez's company will be responsible for road rehabilitation works for about 10 miles of road from Blackman Eddy Village to the roundabout in Santa Elena Town, in the Cayo District.

It says, quote, "…the tender process is done pursuant to the procurement policies of the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB), which can be found online. The Evaluation Committee responsible for the process is comprised of public officers, but the Government of Belize (GOB) does not set the requirements for who will be awarded the contract. All requirements are set by the IDB…..The entire execution of the project is done under the guidance and supervision of the IDB." End Quote.
