And proof of that came when another Chinese business was targeted in Independence. Robbers held up July Store and stole money and electronic items. Here's more from police.

"There was a robbery on Tuesday the nineteenth in Independence Village where Mr. Wen Quong Yian, he reported that whilst inside of his store, July store, sometime after 1:30 p.m., two male persons entered his business establishment, one of them armed with a firearm and one with a machete. One of them was wearing a mask and as a result they robbed him of five hundred dollars cash, a cell phone and an Ipad. Thereafter the two male persons made good their escape."
