No Love for Valentine, Charged for Daylight Shooting

Keeping it in Punta Gorda, On Monday we told you how a brave police officer in Punta Gorda, Constable Marcos Choc chased down a gunman, recovered the loaded weapon, and arrested the shooter.

He chased down two men, but today only one was charged. He is 24 year old Albert Valentine and he is from Punta Gorda Town. He has been charged for aggravated assault, kept firearm without a gun license, kept ammunition without a gun license, and discharged firearm in public. Police haven't said why the other suspect - who they named as Adwan Usher hasn't been charged.

The two men had allegedly gone to shoot up a house as an act of retaliation. Three shots were fired, and Constable Choc responded by chasing the men on his patrol motorbike.
