PG Man Charged For Shooting At Home

And keeping it in Punta Gorda, police have charged 27 year old Aduan Usher for opening fire on a home on Monday around noon.

The Head of National crimes Investigation told us more today from Headquarters in Belmopan:

"In reference to the Queen street daylight shooting in PG, police has since arrested and charged Aduane Usher 27 years of a Punta Gorda address for two counts of aggravated assault, 1 count of attempted murder in relation to another incident which he was involved in, several other counts including grievous harm for which he has been charged today and will be taken to court. Additionally his partner at the time, Albert Valentine has since been arrested and charged with possession of unlicensed ammunition and firearm as well as two counts of aggravated assault, police investigation in Punta Gorda continue as we speak, there are several other charges pending for other persons in relation to the crimes that have been committed in that area in the last few days."

According to a police report, Usher was charged two counts of aggravated assault with a firearm on Sharlene Ramclam and Filadelfo Barrientos. That shooting preceded a double murder which happened 7 hours later.
