And, finally tonight we have two last clips from Dr. Herbert Gayle's presentation on the failure of crime suppression from the lecture he delivered a week ago.  

He discussed a crime phenomenon which is happening right now - where crime suppression operations in urban areas force gangs to expand their base of operations to new areas - such as Punta Gorda.
