Tonight, three persons are in custody in Belmopan after they allegedly robbed a Chinese store this morning.
It happened at around 11:00 am at "101 Store" on Raccoon Avenue - in the Tiger Town area.
Capital cops were quick to respond and with great coordination, they caught one female with the weapon, which is a nine millimeter pistol. They also arrested two men - after setting up a road block, and caught one of them leaving town on a James bus.
In all, they recovered all the stolen cash plus five cell phones and other stolen items. The there suspects are in custody. They are all from the Antelope Street Extension area of Belize City.
